News Release | New Product: Small size・High current type CommonModeChokes 'TDG5629C'.

SAGAMI ELEC CO., LTD. has released high-current common-mode inductor for Automotive applications:’TDG5629’(W5.6mm×D9.0mm×H3.3mm). The samples are available starting July 2024.

The ’TDG5629’ is an AEC-Q200 compliant product with significantly improved characteristics as a noise filter by reviewing the core shape and manufacturing process based on the existing ‘TDG6029C’. The common mode impedance of ’TDG5629’ is 1.5 times higher than the existing product, and the differential mode impedance is 2.5 times higher, demonstrating exceptional noise filter characteristics.

The typical applications of ’TDG5629’ include not only various types of power supplies, but also insertion into audio speaker outputs without deteriorating the distortion factor, unlike filter elements with saturation magnetization such as ferrite beads.
