SAGAMI ELEC CO., LTD. recognizes the growing international concern that minerals sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs), including the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding regions, may be associated with social issues such as human rights abuses, child labor, environmental harm, corruption, and the financing of armed groups.

We are committed to identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks related to the sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, and other minerals, in line with applicable U.S. conflict minerals regulations and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.

We work closely with our suppliers to conduct ongoing reasonable country-of-origin inquiries and due diligence. Through these efforts, we strive to avoid the use of minerals that may contribute to human rights abuses or armed conflict and promote responsible mineral sourcing throughout our supply chain.
