News Release | New Product: Automotive Pulse Transformer 'VHK1550V'

SAGAMI ELEC CO., LTD. is pleased to announce the development of the Automotive Pulse Transformer ’VHK1550V’ (W24.0mm×D15.0mm×H5.0mm), with sample availability starting from April 2025.
’VHK1550V’ features a low-profile design with a maximum height of 5mm, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Furthermore, by aligning the terminal direction parallel to the winding, the wire lead-out distance is optimized, resulting in significantly reduced leakage inductance.
These features support highly efficient and stable power conversion. It also offers excellent insulation performance, with a high withstand voltage rating of AC 3500 Vrms, meeting strict safety standards and noise resistance requirements
This ’VHK1550V’ is an ideal pulse transformer for xEV BMS (Battery Management Systems).
