News Release | New Product: Metal Composite Type 'CVK2522H Series'

SAGAMI ELEC CO., LTD. is pleased to introduce our newly developed product ’CVK2522H Series’(W25mm×D20mm×H22.5mm) metal composite power inductors. The samples are now available starting January 2025.
’CVK2522H Series’ is one of the largest products in our metal type power inductor product line, with more than twice the current rating of ferrite products of the same type. The product lineup ranges from 1.0μH to 15μH and is AEC-Q200 compliant.
The “CVK2522H Series” has a lower DCR due to its increased size and high-density winding structure with flat wires, and the allowable current balance has been optimized for each inductance value. As a result, the ‘CVK2522H Series’ has the higher rated current than the conventional product, making it possible to meet the needs of applications requiring higher currents.
In addition to various power module applications, the ‘CVK2522H Series’ is also suitable for audiovisual applications and for applications in harsh temperature environments, taking advantage of the minimal change in DC superposition characteristics due to ambient temperature.
